Cancellation Policy
Life happens and you may need to cancel your appointment. I get it!
This is to ensure I have enough time to offer your spot to someone else or adjust my schedule.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment: no charge.
Cancel within less than 24 hours of your appointment: a cancellation fee totaling 50% of the cost of your booked service will automatically be charged to the card on file.
If a client cancels two appointments with less than 24 hours' notice, Riahs Beauty Babes will require all appointments to be paid in full at time of booking going forward or will be declined to book again. This is up to my discretion. No exceptions.
